Cancellation Fee Retention Policy:

A retention fee of 50% of the booking value applies if cancellation occurs up to 72 hours before the charter time and date.
A retention fee of 100% of the booking value applies if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the booking time and date.

Exceptions to Cancellation Fees

The following circumstances entitle the Charterer to cancel without the above-listed charges:

Weather conditions deemed unsafe or warnings issued by the coastguard.
Failure by EMPIRE YACHTS to provide an agreed operational aspect of the charter on the day.
The client must confirm cancellations before the charter time lapses.

Conduct on Board

EMPIRE YACHTS employs qualified and experienced Captains and crew who are the technical experts in these waters. The Captain’s orders are final, and guests must respect this authority. Instances of anti-social or reckless behavior may lead to early termination of the charter without a refund.

Online Payment Terms & Conditions:

“United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile,” and the local law is the governing law.
Visa and Master Card will be accepted in AED and foreign currency.
We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Customers under 18 are not permitted to register or transact on the website.
The cardholder must retain transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

Privacy and Data Protection

The handling and protection of personal data comply with applicable data protection regulations. Any personal data collected as part of the booking process is treated with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
